Apartamentos Perla Marina - Nerja

The appartments are very well situated, facing the beach. They are comfortable, and very close to the town center. We had stayed at the Perla de Marina 2 years ago and really liked it. This year it wasn't as nice due to the fact that the staff was rude.

I have found the staff to be very rude in general. Upon arrival at 2 pm we had to wait 2 hours because the appartment was not ready, when it became ready we had to wait another 1 hour because the key of the safe was not working, and then another hour to get towels. On another occasion we had no towels at all and had to ring 3 times reception, and wait in our wet swimsuits for more than 1 hour to get them. When ordering drinks and coffee from the snack bar, the staff was always very rude and seemed to be really annoyed to have to work. Reception staff was also very unhelpful, we asked them to ring the taxi company to change a booking for us as we do not speak spanish, the person at the reception didn't want to do it and seemed really angry.

It was right on the beach and had 2 pools to choose from. Very cheap for beer and wine.

No kettle in the apartments and we never got our room cleaned any of the days we stayed so no fresh towels ect...

Die Lage ist einzigartig mit direktem Meerblick.

Die Schlafzimmer sind zur Straßenseite und damit sehr laut. Mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlaften ist daher nicht möglich. In der Küche ist der Thresen sehr klebrig, wahrscheinlich schlechter Anstrich. Obst kann nicht offen gelagert werden, da sonst eine Ameisenflut angezogen wird.
